PROPOSAL
The proposal pertains to the redevelopment of the Former Military Camp ‘Plessa.’ The architectural plan aims to reintegrate an excluded area into the cityscape by creating public spaces and constructing a contemporary, multifunctional complex. Additionally, the challenge lies in enhancing the area’s overall character and increasing the value and prestige of the surrounding vicinity.
